Web Site Hosting Options
Beginning with assisting you with your domain name
selection and registration, we make recommendations
about the kind and size of server you will need. We
offer a wide selection of hosting options which we
will tailor to fit your particular needs. We offer
Unix as well as Windows servers. Sizes range from
25MB storage for a business basic site, to 2000MB
for a large E-Commerce site, and we can handle special
needs such as video/audio streaming. Configuring your
server carries a one-time set-up charge of $25, but
ongoing server maintenance and such things as adding/deleting
email accounts, etc., is a normal part of our monthly
service to you and as such is included in your monthly
hosting charge. Prices of monthly hosting options
vary with the size and configuration of the server,
and so is based on your needs.

Web Site Maintenance
Maintenance of your web site is done on an as needed
basis. This usually involves updating data and adding/changing/deleting
images. Creation of additional pages, creating new
design elements, etc. are not considered maintenance
and are charged at the prices listed above.
We request that you send us your information in electronic
format such as an email attachment or via CD thru
the mail. If you send us handwritten information,
or if we write the copy, there will be an additional
charge.
Web site maintenance is done on an hourly basis.
We keep track of the time we spend updating your web
site, and then we submit an invoice at the end of
each month, for payment by the 10th of the following
month. You only pay for the time we work on your site. The billing rate
is currently $35 per hour for sites hosted on our servers.

¹ This pricing is conditional upon hosting your
site on our servers. Design prices increase by a minimum
of 25% if your site is NOT hosted on our servers. Prices
are subject to change
If you choose not to host your site with us, the cost
of a one page business card site is $150, a basic 3
page site is $375, additional pages start at $125, and
maintenance is billed at $65 per hour.
